About the role
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Account Services Representative I will ensure the accuracy of insurance documentation by researching and verifying information, maintaining records, and providing support to internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer service emails with clear and thorough resolutions using available tools and systems
Accurately enter verified insurance information into internal systems and ensure compliance with company standards
Review and maintain insurance files, matching documentation to appropriate client records through critical thinking and analytical skills
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Ability to review and interpret detailed insurance documents and data accurately
Frequent communication with external contacts; effective information conveyance and reception skills
