About the role
Zekelman Industries seeks a Director, 5S & Workplace Organization to lead an enterprise-wide 5S program across steel pipe and tube operations. You will own standards, governance, training, auditing, and a multi-year roadmap to elevate safety, productivity, quality and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on change leader who can influence at all levels without direct reporting. Extensive North America travel is required.
