About the role
- Provide day to day administrative support to a team of investment professionals.
- Manage complex, high volume calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and manage itinerary changes as needed.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate team records.
- Organize and distribute research materials and other relevant team information.
- Assist with team offsites, special projects, and other ad hoc needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure efficient communication and follow through.
- Serve as a proactive resource to the team, anticipating needs and helping priorities stay on track.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or related administrative experience.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Experience managing high volume calendars and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Professional, collaborative, and solutions oriented approach.
- Ability to exercise discretion and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
