Pay: $24.45 per hour
Location: Medina, OH (On-site)
Type: Contract-to-hire Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Shift: Rotating shifts (10:30 AM-7:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM)
Schedule Requirements: Every 3rd weekend + 2 holidays per year
Job Summary:
Seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, supporting prescription fulfillment and IV medication preparation while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory practices.
Responsibilities:
Fill prescriptions and assist with preparation of IV medications under pharmacist supervision Support final-check workflow (e.g., medication staging/packaging after pharmacist review)Partner with billing/data entry team to enter prescription information and support reimbursement processes Prepackage medications for dispensing in accordance with standards and applicable regulations Assist with inventory control, including: Receiving and rotating medications/supplies Recording lot numbers and expiration dates Supporting physical inventory counts Help maintain a clean and safe workspace; assist with equipment cleanliness/safety checks and calibration support as needed Benefits (when eligible)Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days. 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service.
