About the role
Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a senior leader to run the internal audit function, owning the SOX program, planning, executing, and reporting with clarity. This role partners with finance, operations, and technology to strengthen controls and drive risk‐aware decisions. You will coach staff, shape audit plans, and oversee engagements from planning to reporting, including operational audits and system implementations.
