🚨 NOW HIRING: MEDICAL CLINIC PROGRAM MANAGER – NURSE PRACTITIONER 🚨📍 Salt Lake City, UTAre you a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical leadership experience who wants to make an impact beyond direct patient care? Our premier mental health provider is seeking a Medical Clinic Program Manager to lead clinic operations, develop staff, oversee quality and compliance, and provide hands-on patient care in a mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day medical clinic operations Supervise, train, and develop clinic staff Provide direct NP patient care and prescribe medications Support Joint Commission, HRSA/FQHC Look-Alike, and CLIA compliance Oversee quality improvement, clinic metrics, billing, and operational performance Develop and expand clinical programs and services Build strong community and healthcare partnerships We’re Looking For: Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Active Utah NP licenseNPI, DEA, and controlled-substance authority Strong clinic leadership and staff-management experience Knowledge of Medicaid billing Behavioral health, substance-use treatment, community health, FQHC, or MAT/MOUD experience is highly desirable⭐ Ideal for an experienced NP, Clinic Manager, Medical Program Manager, Clinical Director, or Lead Nurse Practitioner ready to combine clinical care with leadership and program growth.
