About the role
Owning and leading the compensation, benefits, and people analytics function, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Lead will architect and manage RMI's global compensation strategy, benefits program design, and analytics infrastructure in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and evolution of global compensation strategy, including salary structures and pay equity frameworks
Design and oversee benefits programs and leave of absence policies for a global workforce
Conduct compensation and benefits analytics to support decision-making and translate data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits with demonstrated ownership of relevant strategies
Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple employment types
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Knowledge of US benefits compliance and familiarity with international benefits structures
Experience in managing compensation survey participation and translating market data into actionable recommendations
