About the role
A growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk is looking for an energetic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position working closely with customers and internal production teams to keep orders, priorities, and deliveries on track.Location: Kennebunk, MEPay: $20/hour weekly pay!Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week; occasional Saturdays may be requiredResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries by phone and emailCoordinate expedited orders and customer requests with productionTrack work-in-progress (WIP), lead times, and order statusMaintain spreadsheets and generate WIP reportsCoordinate customer-driven changes and prioritize urgent requestsPrepare and send formal customer quotesCreate quotes using established pricingCoordinate order requirements with customers and productionSupport customer surveys and trade show coordinationUse QuickBooks for reporting and other customer-related tasksBlueprint reading is a plus, but training can be providedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and people skillsIntermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize, and solve problemsSelf-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamPositive, professional, and friendly phone presenceReliable and dependableQuickBooks experience is a plus, but not requiredInterested?
