About the role
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Manager of Strategic Initiatives will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks for payor contracting, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct analyses and manage key payor contracting initiatives while developing KPIs and dashboards
Identify revenue opportunities and challenges, presenting insights and industry trends to senior leadership
Collaborate with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to support payor contracting strategies
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or project management
PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
