- Milender White is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to report to the Executive Assistant. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting Colorado operations, as part of the GBUS division.
- Your Role in Building What Matters
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming workplace experience while managing office communications.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including mail and package services, conference room scheduling, meeting support, workplace events, and hospitality services.
- Maintain a polished, organized, and business-ready office environment across reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces.
- Oversee workplace resources and facilities operations, including inventory management, purchasing, vendor coordination, building maintenance, security access, and office equipment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support through records management, invoice processing, employee workplace services, document preparation, and proactive recommendations to enhance office efficiency and operations.
- The Right Tools for the JobHigh school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of experience in office administration, workplace services, facilities coordination, reception, hospitality, customer service, or a related support function preferred.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, managing office services, workplace resources, or facilities-related operations in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information; Colorado Notary Commission preferred or the ability to obtain certification if required.
