Teaching is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to foster curiosity, creativity and compassion in children—all while helping them develop a lifelong love of learning. As a Support Teacher at Primrose School of Geist, you’ll help to create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development. Make a difference every day. Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Help children explore the world, improve their motor skills and grow their vocabulary. Work with other wonderful teachers to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum. Grow as a teacher and as a person in a positive, encouraging, and fun environment. Get everything you need to give children everything they need. At Primrose School of Geist, you bring the passion, and we’ll give you all the tools and training to be successful. Our Balanced Learning approach was developed with early learning experts. It provides clear daily plans so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children—and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself. Classrooms come fully stocked with everything you need, and our supportive Leadership Team works every day to create a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive. And if that’s not enough, just wait until you help a child learn something new and see their face light up with excitement. Let’s talk about building a brighter future together.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
