About the role
Description:
The Sales Account Coordinator will work directly with the National Account Executive and at times other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and exceed customer expectations. The SAC is a client advocate and is accountable for most client communication and maintaining successful client relationships.
Responsibilities:
This position facilitates showroom visits, handles quotes, rental orders, client changes, order details, delivery/pickup information, internal coordination, follow-ups, and direct support for the NAE.Building and revising rental quotes/orders Entering client changes accurately Checking inventory/availability and flagging conflicts Following up on open quotes, contracts, payments, etc. Keeping delivery, install, strike, and contact information organized Helping prepare layouts, product photos, spec sheets, and client presentations Keeping orders organized as events get closer Handling smaller/easier client requests so I can focus on the big accounts Helping with post-event paperwork and invoicing
Requirements:
The SAC needs to be very organized, responsive & comfortable speaking with clients. Event-rental experience wanted/preferred but is not mandatory. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Sales coordination Account management Customer service Hospitality &/or rentals Order management
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required) Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Benefits and Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position with weekly pay.
