About the role
Overview
In this role, you will lead as a strategic partner to senior clients, shaping long-term growth plans and translating insights into actionable strategies across Inmar’s Martech solutions. You will own strategic account plans, craft narratives, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborating with Sales, CSMs, AMs, Product, Analytics, and Martech Strategy, you will steer high-level initiatives and uncover whitespace opportunities. This is a senior, impact-focused role in a data-driven, client-centric environment.

Responsibilities Act as the primary strategic partner for senior client stakeholders and drive long-term vision and category insights Develop and own strategic account plans and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives Lead development of strategic narratives linking client challenges to Inmar solutions Create audience targeting strategies using Inmar data, predictive intelligence, consumer research, and trends Translate category/brand/industry insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients Collaborate with Sales to drive adoption of new solutions and multi-year investments Lead strategic components of QBRs, annual planning, and senior-level presentations Identify whitespace opportunities and forward-looking growth paths for clients Provide strategic oversight to CSMs to ensure alignment with long-term priorities Support CSMs in translating strategy into executable plans and clear objectives Coordinate with Martech Strategy and other strategic teams to keep client strategies future-forward Identify risks or misalignments early and guide teams to stay on strategy and deliver value Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders Influence client decision-making through data-backed storytelling and recommendations Advance strategic discussions beyond performance reporting toward future opportunities Support renewal, expansion, and client growth initiatives through cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field 8-10+ years in client-facing roles such as strategy, category management, brand marketing, media planning, insights/analytics, shopper marketing, or digital activation Proven ability to lead conversations with senior clients and maintain executive presence Deep expertise in data interpretation, national brand and shopper marketing activation, insights development and storytelling Experience partnering cross-functionally to drive aligned outcomes across execution teams Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Experience in CPG, Retail Media, Shopper Marketing, Media, or Incentives preferred Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Monday.com, Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred Ability to travel up to 20%Executive presence Strategic thinking Storytelling and influencing Salesforce Google Suite Monday.com
