Corporate Finance (FP&A & Portfolio Management) Associate | High-Growth Investment Platform | NYC | $150-250K+ Total Compensation One of the most exciting and fastest-growing investment platforms in the market is seeking an FP&A & Portfolio Management Associate to join a highly visible team supporting senior leadership on strategic finance, portfolio management, capital allocation, financing activities, and corporate development initiatives. The firm has built an impressive portfolio of businesses across Asset Management, Insurance, Infrastructure, Technology, Luxury & Lifestyle, Mobility, and Entertainment, and continues to experience significant growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional FP&A, partnering directly with investment professionals, executive leadership, operating companies, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams on some of the firm's most strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models and analyses used to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making Support fair value reporting and performance analysis across portfolio investments Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership Analyze capital structure, leverage, financing arrangements, and covenant compliance Assist with capital raise initiatives and investor due diligence requests Support investment financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions Participate in corporate development and M&A-related initiatives Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across the platform Partner closely with Deal Teams, Subsidiary Companies, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Legal Why This Opportunity Stands Out: High visibility role supporting senior leadership and key decision makers Exposure to portfolio management, strategic finance, corporate development, and capital markets activities Opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses and industries Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant career growth potential Broad exposure to acquisitions, financing transactions, capital raises, and investment performance analysis Ideal Background:2-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Strategic Finance, Portfolio Analytics, or related fields Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented If you're looking for a role that combines FP&A, portfolio management, corporate development, and strategic finance within a rapidly growing investment platform, I'd welcome a confidential conversation.
