Senior Paid Media Manager | Remote (Phoenix, AZ) | Up to $120kLocation: Remote — Phoenix, AZ based, with occasional travel to client meetings Salary: Up to $120,000 Type: Full-time, permanentAbout the RoleWe're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning performance marketing agency on an exciting search for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead their US client accounts. Backed by a well-established international group with offices across the UK, South Africa and now the US, this agency works with a portfolio of "solid, grown-up" clients across B2B and financial services no high street retail, no fashion, just serious brands with serious budgets.Having launched their US presence in late 2025 with a strong existing client base, this is a genuine opportunity to help shape and grow a US operation from an early stage, while plugging into an established international team and infrastructure.The RoleReporting into the Managing Partner (based in New York), you'll take ownership of a small portfolio of paid media accounts from day one, with support from an experienced UK/Cape Town delivery team behind you. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll need to be equally comfortable presenting to a client in a QBR one week and pulling together a pitch deck the next.You'll be responsible for:Owning strategy and performance across 3 active client accounts from day one, each with large budgets (£100k+/month spend)Leading a paid search-first approach (roughly 70% search / 30% paid social), with a performance-first, lower-funnel mindsetManaging and mentoring a remote UK/Cape Town delivery teamPlaying an active role in new business — contributing to pitches, producing slides and projections, and prepping responses alongside the senior team (expect new business to be a meaningful part of your week, more so than a typical agency role)Acting as the day-to-day senior client contact — credible, presentable, and confident representing the agency in front of clientsAbout You7-8+ years of paid media experience, with deep expertise in paid search and working knowledge of paid socialExperience managing large accounts (£100k+/month media spend)Background in B2B and/or financial services clients strongly preferredProven experience contributing to new business pitches — not just running the room, but building the storyStrong client-facing skills — able to hold your own in front of senior stakeholders as part of a small, close-knit teamLine management experience, ideally managing remote/offshore resourceWhat's on OfferOnce you're through probation, you'll have access to a benefits package that goes beyond the US market standard, including:20 days holiday, plus Christmas and New Year's Eve401k with company contributionHealth insurance2 weeks "work from anywhere" per yearOngoing training, including direct supplier sessions (e.g. Google)Hybrid/flexible working arrangementsAnniversary bonusesFamily-friendly policiesReferral bonusesExposure to other digital marketing disciplines across a full-service groupInterested?
