About the role
Building and maintaining relationships as the single point of contact for high-volume key account manufacturers, the remote Tennessee Licensed Field Liaison will provide subject matter expertise on complex patient and provider clinical and reimbursement issues while supporting manufacturer field sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Formulates and implements reimbursement policies to resolve complex dispensing or referral issues
Serves as a subject matter expert on intricate cases for physician offices, health plans, and patients
Gathers and analyzes data for Quarterly Business Reviews and other reporting needs
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
0-2 years of experience, with three years of healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology
Demonstrated team lead experience preferred
