ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing what’s best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff. Our team enjoys bonuses, paid time off, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to earn reward trips when goals are met. We also offer a 401(k) and health benefits to support long-term success and stability. Our office culture is built around kindness, teamwork, and education. We focus on helping customers understand their options so they can make the best decisions for themselves. We set quarterly goals, celebrate achievements, and spend time team bonding along the way. We’re looking for someone who is positive, coachable, and motivated to improve a little more each day. If you enjoy helping others and want to grow in a supportive, goal-oriented environment, this could be a great place to build your career. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
