About the role

Riverside Research seeks a Senior Spectral Scientist to lead development, validation, and sustainment of EO/IR spectral signature models for DoD and Intelligence Community customers. The role is based in Beavercreek, OH and requires a TS clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens with access to SCI/SAP. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in EO/IR spectral modeling and strong Python/MATLAB skills, plus proven data-driven modeling experience and independent collaboration within teams.
