Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Land O' Lakes, FL 34638

Schedule: M-F, 7am-4pm, onsite

Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. This position will primarily focus on payment application and cash posting, ensuring incoming customer payments are accurately and efficiently applied to the appropriate accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Process and apply high-volume customer payments Accurately post payments to customer accounts and invoices Research and resolve payment application discrepancies Maintain accurate AR records and account information Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for AR processing

Key Qualifications: Previous Accounts Receivable and payment application/cash application experience Experience working in a high-volume environment Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred Supply Pro experience is highly preferred and a major plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.3+ years of AR or administrative experience required.2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
