About the role

JLL is seeking an Operating Engineer to lead the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems at a 24/7 Seattle corporate HQ. On-site schedule is 6AM-4PM, Sunday through Wednesday, with a team of 80 engineering staff. You will oversee maintenance tasks, support the preventative maintenance program, manage work orders, and contribute to safety and technical training initiatives.
