Administrative Assistant - ESHThe Administrative Assistant - ESH is responsible for meeting the administrative needs of their executive and assigned organization within the company.Essential Functions:Compose and prepare advanced business presentation documents and spreadsheetsAssist with special projects, conduct research, compile data and maintain recordsCompose correspondence related to administrative matters and general office policies for executive approvalGather and prepare reports for consideration and approval by executiveAnswer telephone calls, provide information, direct calls or take messages concerning matters related to the departmentSchedule and maintain calendar of appointments and meetings. Make necessary arrangements such as securing meeting rooms and preparation of agendasAnticipate and prepare materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etcCoordinate and secure travel arrangements for the executive and prepare itineraryCoordinate and prepare expense reportsAttend meetings record minutes and prepare for distributionEstablish and file a variety of documents, records and reportsMaintain high-level knowledge of department activitiesPrepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiriesPerform any other job related duties as requested.Education and Experience:High School or GED requiredAssociates degree in business or related field preferredThree (3) years of administrative assistance experience requiredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Adobe ProfessionalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentEffective listening and critical thinking skillsEffective problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong knowledge of general office practiceAbility to balance multiple priorities and to work under tight deadlines while providing consistent and professional serviceAbility to perform administrative and clerical duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervisionAccurate and efficient typing skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and high level of professionalismMaintain complete confidentiality, possess a professional demeanor, and exercise discretion at all timesLicensure and Certification:NoneWorking Conditions:General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeTravel is not typically requiredCompensation Range:$47,400.00 - $76,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
