JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a client in Carlsbad, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and organized workplace. Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, coordinating office logistics, maintaining records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting with office relocation efforts, and handling various administrative projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls
- Manage conference room reservations and meeting support
- Order office supplies and coordinate shipping through FedEx and USPSAssist with facilities maintenance requests and office organization
- Perform data entry and records management tasks
- Support office relocation activities, including packing and moving light office materials
- Coordinate employee engagement and office-related events
- Assist with document production, printing, and administrative projects
- Provide general support to office leadership and staff
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or front desk experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional office environment
- Comfortable performing light lifting and moving office materials as needed
Schedule: Monday through Thursday20 hours per week
Flexible start time between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AMEnd time between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM
Compensation:
$22/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
