About the role

Director, Member Growth Operations – HealthTechNew York City, Hybrid, 2+ days in office$155K–$200K + Equity
The Company: Storm3's client is a fast-growing HealthTech company focused on specialty pharmacy and infusion care. Their Clinical Operations function is scaling 3x, creating a need to rethink how they drive member activation and build the operations behind it.
The Role: This is roughly 60% member activation and 40% operational improvement. You'll own the highest-priority activation experiments, from defining the hypothesis and success metrics through execution and results. You'll also build the playbooks and operating models needed to support a rapidly scaling Clinical Operations function. The challenge is influence. You'll work across Clinical Ops, Client Success, Marketing, Data and Engineering without owning all of those teams directly, so they need someone who can turn ambiguous problems into structured initiatives and actually get them shipped.
Qualifications:
  • 6–8+ years across Growth, Product, BizOps, Strategy or Consulting
  • Meaningful startup operating experience
  • Track record running experiments tied to activation, conversion or engagement
  • Strong cross-functional leadership without formal authority
  • Hands-on with dashboards and analytics tools such as Looker or Omni
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Own member activation experiments and large client launches
  • Define hypotheses, metrics, timelines and owners
  • Build scalable Clinical Operations playbooks
  • Partner across Clinical Ops, Marketing, Client Success, Data and Engineering
Benefits:
  • $155K–$200K base + equity
  • Hybrid, NYCBenefits package

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
