About the role
JLL is seeking a Sr. People Experience Partner to act as the local HR partner, aligning with global strategy while supporting complex multi-account HR needs. The role will manage 1–2 direct reports and guide account strategy and HR processes on the ground. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR, industry experience in data centers, and expertise in employee relations and performance management. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
