Core responsibilities: Customer interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, and guide them through the selection of vehicles. Product knowledge: Study and understand the features and specifications of various car models to effectively present them to potential buyers. Administrative tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing documents. Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate new leads. Ancillary sales: Sell additional products like accessories, warranties, and service plans. Dealership support: Assist with showroom setup, update the customer database, and communicate with other departments like service.
