About the role

Bloom Energy seeks a Securities and Governance counsel to join our team in San Jose, CA. This on-site role reports to the Senior Director, Securities & Corporate Governance and focuses on SEC/NYSE compliance and governance matters, with involvement in equity/debt financings, acquisitions, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a law firm; in-house public company experience and international exposure are preferred.
