Job Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license in MissouriBLS (CPR) certification required
- At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing, med-surg, sub-acute care, or similar adult care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative team approach
- Positive, patient-focused demeanor with excellent critical thinking skillsCRRN certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients
- Monitor patient status, assess progress, and respond to changes in condition
- Support recovery goals for patients rebuilding mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care team members to promote positive outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system
- Assist with care delivery across rehabilitation units as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients and families
- Contribute to a compassionate team culture focused on quality patient care
