We are seeking a Direct Primary Care physician to hold your own panel, plus serve as a Supervisory Physician for a team of Nurse Practitioners.

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Willingness and ability to serve as Supervisory Physician under Missouri collaborative practice requirements Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with patients and colleagues alike Preferred: Experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or APPs Primary Care experience Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions independently Energized by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment SCHEDULE Monday Friday Four clinic days per week One dedicated administrative day per week (remote) No call COMPENSATION: $275,000 $325,000 total compensation Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available if applicable
