Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing the mental health and well-being of clients. Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and life experiences, fostering greater insight into their behaviors and relationships. Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them to establish and navigate personal goals. Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and devise tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach rooted in your clinical expertise. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily work with pre-screened adult clients who present with low acuity mental health concerns, allowing for a focus on stabilization and personal development. This role uniquely positions you to match with clients based on your specialties, ensuring that your skills and passions align with those you serve. You will experience minimal cases involving severe mental health disorders, which allows for a fulfilling therapeutic relationship built on understanding and empathy.

Qualifications: To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure to independently practice as one of the following:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year based on experience and hours worked, with weekly direct deposit. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you are well taken care of while serving your clients.
