About the role

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to design and deliver scalable programs across the colleague lifecycle. You will align strategy with business priorities, lead the learning team, and manage budgets and external vendors. Responsibilities include onboarding, leadership development, IDP administration, and building a culture of continuous learning with enterprise thinking. Experience in pharma or life sciences is preferred.
