Now Hiring: Multi-Site Leasing ConsultantAMLI Wallingford & AMLI Mark 24 | Seattle, WA2 Unique Communities. One Exciting Opportunity. Looking for a leasing role with more variety? AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support AMLI Wallingford and AMLI Mark 24, two luxury apartment communities in Seattle. You'll be part of a three-person leasing team, including the Leasing Manager, working together to generate traffic, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and turn leads into leases. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, connecting with people, and helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. Working across two communities also means more variety-you'll gain experience with different prospects, apartment offerings, and leasing opportunities while building your career with AMLI.
What You'll Do:
Your primary focus will be creating a great leasing experience and helping prospective residents choose AMLI as their next home. Conduct engaging, personalized apartment tours at both communities Build relationships with prospects and guide them from initial inquiry through signed lease Follow up consistently with leads by phone, email, and online channels Understand prospect needs and effectively communicate each community's features and benefits Generate leases and maintain accurate leasing documentation Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident retention Work closely with the Leasing Manager and fellow Leasing Consultant to achieve leasing and occupancy goals Support resident events and community engagement activities Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the resident and prospect experience
Compensation & Benefits:
AMLI offers competitive pay plus leasing commissions, bonuses, and recognition awards.
Benefits include:
$22.50 an hour plus bonuses and commissions. Make up to 40% extra-in bonuses and commisions 20 days of PTO annually plus 9 paid holidays Additional PTO based on tenure Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Apartment rent discounts Tuition reimbursement
What We're Looking For
Required:
High School Diploma or GEDSaturday availability Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Professional, positive, and sales-focused approach
Preferred:
