About the role
- Custodial account processing including new accounts, transfers, distributions, rollovers, Roth conversions, required minimum distributions, and account maintenance
- Serve as liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and third-party providers
- Manage CRM systems, reporting metrics, NAUM tracking, and post meeting workflows
- Prepare investment proposals, process trades, and assist with insurance applications and underwriting coordination
- Support advisors with licensing, training coordination, and scheduling
- Handle administrative functions including phones, mail, scanning, meeting preparation, and event support
- Assist with policy updates, research projects, hiring support, and operational documentation
- Minimum five years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong operational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional judgment and consistent ethical standards
- Financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency with Redtail, VeoOne, Adhesion, eMoney, Riskalyze, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, RoboForm, Guru, and Precise FP preferred but not required
