Team Member- Experienced FOH/Server

Our Team: Members participate in a variety of activitiesmonitoring the point of sale, organizing orders, beverage prepping, beverage serving, food-running, washing, and cleaning. You will work closely with managers, receive continual training, and stretch to learn other roles in the operation. Below are some of the things we will expect of you:

• Master our system to organize orders and deliver consistently correct orders to guests.
• Master beverage service operations
• Maintain highest quality standards in food production
• Maintain highest standards of food safety
• Aid managers in inventory management, unloading, and stocking
• Practice Smiling Hospitality and inspire your fellow Team Members do the same
• Challenge yourself, reach for more responsibility, and ask questions!
• Participate in on-going training and cross-train in other positions
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
