Job Details Starting Pay $17.65/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium. Job Title: Loader/Unloader Operator - Blend Mill Operations.
Position Summary: The Loader/Unloader Operator is responsible for the primary tasks of loading and unloading materials, as well as housekeeping duties. This role requires cross training on various job duties within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson Policies.
Job Responsibilities: Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes. Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes, Load and unload rail cars. Load and unload trucks. Perform facility cleaning responsibilities. Measure and manage inventory.
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities. Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet.
Requirements: Loader/Unloader Operators: Up to one year experience of PIT Operations. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Rehire Criteria Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days. Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
