Responsibilities: Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to develop a detailed business process map that connects all critical systems and workflows. Evaluate the existing Disaster Recovery (DR) plan, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Design and propose an enhanced DR strategy by integrating AI technologies to automate and optimize recovery processes. Support a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at strengthening organizational resilience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
