The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in ERP sales and team management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role is all about building and owning the commercial engine, from sales and marketing to account management and partnerships. The VP, Revenue will have full responsibility for the company's go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and will be expected to have a clear command of the current pipeline and near-term targets. A collaborative, people-first leadership style is essential, as is a demonstrated track record of building full-funnel operating models to enhance revenue performance. Applicants for the VP, Revenue position at the company should be prepared to work closely with the CEO, have a hands-on approach as a player-coach, and be adept at recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing commercial talent. The role requires a leader who can design and implement a repeatable, metric-driven sales process, and is comfortable with quota accountability at both the team and individual levels. Familiarity with AI-enabled sales and marketing tools is a plus, as is the willingness to travel for industry conferences and partner events. The ideal candidate will be able to define and execute a sales process, track the team towards aggressive targets, and ensure that the marketing investment produces a predictable pipeline.
