What You'll Be Doing: Scheduling service and installation appointments for our customers Dispatching technicians strategically, routing by location and skillset for maximum efficiency Keeping customers informed and setting clear expectations before the tech arrives Staying in constant contact with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager on job details and customer needs Tracking department metrics and owning the results, the wins and the misses Being your technicians' biggest cheerleader and encouraging a growth mindset across the team

What We're Looking For: 3+ years of customer service experience Job coordinating or dispatching experience a plus ServiceTitan experience a plus, but not required Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially under pressure Clear, confident communication with customers and the team, both written and verbal Comfortable enforcing policies and holding technicians accountable to our core values Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team Must pass a background screening Why Handyside?
