About the role
- Prepare daily micro-sections samples for production
- Operate manual machines including engine lathes and milling machines
- Operate CNC machinery with assistance of a Machinist to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to include SPC part inspection
- Follow procedures and quality requirements
- Clean and maintain machines.
- As assigned by management
- Physical Attributes:
- Utilize eyesight and manual dexterity to work with small parts and hold tight tolerances.
- General manufacturing environment.
- Will be exposed to conditions associated with manufacturing equipment and tools
- Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
- A mechanical aptitude and a commitment to learn, as well as to adopt good work habits.
- Attention to fine detail and high quality.
