Our Chronic Care Management programs create tailored care plans for patients with chronic conditions, ensuring ongoing support between office visits. Additionally, our Community Health Initiatives focus on addressing health disparities, making care more accessible to underserved populations. At POD Health, we strive to make healthcare personal, proactive, and accessible for all. As we expand our footprint to Florida, POD Health is seeking an experienced, proactive Office Supervisor to support our new Tampa office. This role will partner closely with HR, IT and Facilities to ensure the office is fully stocked, running smoothly, and well-maintained. The Office Supervisor will also serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day facility needs, coordinating with building management when issues or support are required. This position is essential in ensuring the Tampa office provides an organized, welcoming, and operationally sound environment for employees and visitors, supporting POD Health's continued growth and service delivery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office operations, administrative leadership, facilities support, or similar supervisory role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with building management and vendors.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing needs.
Self-directed and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets/inventory tracking, ticketing platforms, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a medical, healthcare, or corporate office environment.
Familiarity with office/facilities workflows and vendor coordination.
Experience supporting office launches or multi-site operations.
