Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Embedded Testers to join our team for a Software Integration and Verification Testing (SIT) role. This position focuses on testing highly safety-critical handheld medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, software testing, and medical device development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze software design developed inC languagefor micro‑controller‑based systems in both
- Non‑RTOSandRTOS environments .Understand and analyzeGUI designdeveloped inC++ languagefor micro‑controller‑based RTOS environments.
- Performrequirement analysisto identify gaps and inconsistencies.
- Develop comprehensivetest scenariosandtest casesbased on requirements and design documents.
- Identify and set up appropriatetest hardware equipmentfor system testing.
- Create and executesoftware integration test plansandprotocolsfor embedded handheld battery‑operated medical devices.
- Conductsoftware code regression analysis(in C and C++) with a strong understanding of custom hardware design.
- Actively participate inrequirements, design, and code review meetings, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with medical device software development processes and standards.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Valid OPT EAD (Awaited EAD not accepted).Strong experience inembedded systems testingandsoftware verification .Proficiency inCandC++ programming languages.
Familiarity withRTOSandNon-RTOS environments.
Knowledge ofmedical device developmentandsafety‑critical systemsis highly preferred.
Ability to analyze requirements, design documents, and code for test scenario identification.
Experience withhardware‑software integration testingandregression testing.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
