The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Chief of Staff's calendar, appointments, and external appearances, as well as preparing for and coordinating various meetings, including senior leadership and strategic planning sessions. The EACOS will also be involved in maintaining internal SOP and policy tracker systems, coordinating travel plans, and managing the program or department budget. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently on special projects, is adept at problem-solving, and can effectively influence and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Applicants for the EACOS position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' of experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience. The role demands superior interpersonal skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting senior executives, be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and have experience in project management. The EACOS will also be expected to mentor and support the development of the administrative professional staff, and previous experience in this area is preferred.
