About the role
TRL11, Inc. Procurement SpecialistTRL11, Inc. is a venture-backed aerospace startup developing advanced video technology for space applications. As a growing company building in a high-reliability environment, we are looking for someone who can help strengthen the systems, processes, and supplier relationships that keep critical materials moving. This is an opportunity to join a small but mighty team where your work will have broad visibility and day-to-day impact. The role is well suited to an early- to mid-career professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is excited to contribute across multiple parts of the procurement function in a fast-moving startup setting. In this role, you will help support the flow of materials and purchasing activity that enables our team to build and deliver advanced aerospace technology. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, helping bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to core procurement and materials operations.
Responsibilities:
Support purchasing, supply chain management, materials planning, and inventory management.
Generate reports about the status of procurement, material readiness, and inventory shortages.
Onboard and manage suppliers in a specific category.
Contribute across the full procurement stack alongside a small but capable team.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
