About the role
Supporting program financial objectives, the full-time Senior Program Finance Analyst will manage financial metrics, assist in program planning activities, and ensure compliance with Earned Value principles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes
Supports baseline development activities and analyzes performance variances to budget, assisting with recovery plans as needed
Develops and monitors program-level time-phased plans to support revenue forecasting and financial reporting
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of related experience in program finance or financial analysis
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARS
Proven expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
