About the role
Operations AnalystOptimizes Operations results by identifying and analyzing business requirements and operations; conducting performance studies; identifying key business metrics; developing and calibrating analytical, recommending process improvement priorities; identifying low-cost designs, materials, processes, and sources; evaluating new technologies. Lead and mentor lower level Analysts.Essential Functions:Assesses adequacy of current processing operations by identifying and analyzing business requirements and operations; conducting performance studies; interviewing and conferring with operations personnel.Determines processing performance measures by identifying key business metrics; conducting benchmarking initiatives; developing and calibrating analytical, comparing operational models.Contributes to processing and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results. Lead and mentor lower level Analysts.Identifies opportunities for processing operational improvements by analyzing current operations; preparing cost/benefit analyses; developing business cases; recommending process improvement priorities.Supports process improvement programs by providing continuing measurements, analyses, and recommendations; developing new business models; identifying low-cost designs, materials, processes, and sources; evaluating new technologies.Maintains processing operations guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.Prepares processing operations analysis information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.Preferred Qualifications 10+ years experience in an operations role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications, Expert Ability to create graphics and report to non-technical audiences., Expert Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a team environment., Expert Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Expert Demonstrates necessary leadership attributes to lead projects while keeping operational leadership informed., Advanced Additional Skills: Knowledge about 834 file layout, data analyzing, testing, expert in excel, good communication skills.Talteam Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
