About the role

Job Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will perform Lymphocyte subset analysis, stem cell analysis, and leukemia/lymphoma analysis in flow cytometry laboratory. The individual will be in charge of maintenance and quality control and perform new test development. The individual will teach Medical Technology students, CP residents and fellows.
Minimum Qualifications: NYS license/registration or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist and 2 years clinical laboratory experience required. Candidates with less than 2 years clinical laboratory experience or with a NYS license/registration or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technician will be considered for appointment to a commensurate title and salary. Must be able to distinguish colors for the purposes of performing laboratory tests.
