Job Description: Maintenance Mechanic - Monterey Park, CANow Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Monterey Park, CA
Pay: $27-$30/hrSchedule:
Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM - 4:30 PMSaturday: 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Maintain and service ovens, conveyor systems, motors, chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, and related machinery
  • Lubricate machines and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform hands-on repairs
  • Follow safety procedures involving electrical, gas, compressed air, hydraulics, and other systems
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
  • Experience repairing chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, and motors
  • Basic electrical knowledge (motors, relays, starters)
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
  • Spanish-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Dar servicio y mantenimiento a hornos, bandas transportadoras, motores, cadenas, engranes, sprockets y rodamientos. Lubricar maquinaria y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo. Diagnosticar y reparar fallas mecánicas de manera práctica y eficiente. Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad relacionados con electricidad, gas, aire comprimido e hidráulica. Requisitos: Experiencia en mantenimiento mecánico industrial. Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo. Experiencia reparando cadenas, sprockets, engranes, rodamientos y motores. Conocimientos básicos de electricidad (motores, relevadores y arrancadores).Habilidad para utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas. Español requerido; bilingüe es una ventaja.
