About the role
- Lead an exceptional team of high-performing operations and sales professionals, strategically guiding them to surpass targets and excel within the designated geography.
- Create a strategic plan focused on maximizing growth and productivity in line with the overall growth strategy of USS.Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.

- Analyze and report on sales and operational activities to meet objectives and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the Regional Senior Vice President to develop and implement standard practices and efficiency recommendations.
- Ensure DOT compliance.
- Supervise the administration of the company's safety program.
- Spearhead employee development initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
