  • Whippany, NJ | $20/hrPROSTAR Staffing is partnering with a wellestablished pharmaceutical packaging warehouse in Whippany, NJ, and we’re seeking an Inventory Associate to join their growing team.
  • Shift2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PMJob Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS).Receive, inspect, and verify inbound pharmaceutical materials against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Store, organize, and label inventory according to lot numbers, expiration dates, temperature requirements, and GMP guidelines.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and order fulfillment while maintaining full traceability.
  • Monitor product shelf life and identify soontoexpire or nonconforming inventory for quality review.
  • Maintain accuracy when using RF scanners and material handling equipment (training provided).Follow all cGMP, FDA, and company SOPs to ensure compliance and product integrity.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmaceutical safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to support efficient material flow.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
