Direct engineering experience, either as a leader or practitioner, is essential for this role. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with managing a significant P&L, and while an MBA is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. This role at the company is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the business units in the region. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change and will be rewarded for generating meaningful growth. The position offers a challenging opportunity to work with a $100m+ P&L and requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage the financial aspects of the business.
