You will have access to resources that ensure efficient case management, including electronic medical records and clinical supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on identified client needs and goals.Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to report progress, address client needs, and coordinate comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies.Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and educate the public on available resources.Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to team development.Patient Population / Client FocusThe LMHC role focuses on diverse populations within the community, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients across various demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and cultural backgrounds. This role requires a deep understanding of psychosocial factors that influence mental health and an empathetic, strength-based approach to treatment.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent credential.Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.Proficient computer skills, including experience with clinical documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate patient interactions and team collaboration.Preferred ExperienceExperience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities is a plus.Knowledge of community resources and support services available in Auburn, Washington.Prior involvement in community outreach programs or mental health advocacy initiatives.Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
